You confirm that you make an appointment in good faith, and that you have the ability to accept or reject our care of your own free will and choice, and are mentally competent to enter into this agreement.
You acknowledge that you do not represent an agency (private, governmental or otherwise) attempting dishonestly and malfeasantly to gather information without stating (i.e. you are not a reporter posing as a potential patient).
You understand the charged fees are for homeopathic consultation services and any remedies prescribed (except for drops, creams, ointments and remedies/remedy protocols which must be ordered specifically for the patient) unless expressly stated otherwise.
You understand that initial appointments for adults and children are subject to payment on booking.
Remedies posted to clients outside of the UK will be subject to postage fees, in addition to the consultation fee charged.
You understand that you will be charged 100% for appointments cancelled, missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, unless agreed or waived by the practitioner due to extenuating circumstances
You will ensure that any communication or language issued to Bransgore Homeopathy does not contain any profanity and/or nudity of any private part of the body of adults or children.
You understand that Bransgore Homeopathy is a homeopathic practice based in the UK and must therefore adhere to the relevant legal frame set out in this country.
You consent to Bransgore Homeopathy holding records and personal information or disclosures as set out in the Privacy Policy.
You understand that refunds are not issued for any consultations carried out in full and remedies prescribed in accordance with the consultation.
